1. Returns

1.3 Custom Products: Please note that custom-made products, including custom t-shirts, custom embroidery, custom patches, PVC patches, and leather patches, are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.


1.4 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


2. Refunds


2.1 Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement upon receiving the returned item.
